What's included in the tour?
Your private tour includes a guided walk-through of available homesites, a look at the trails, ponds, and pavilions, and time to ask questions. Food and drinks are provided throughout the weekend.
How much do homesites cost?
Available homesites range from 2 to 6 acres, priced between $80,000 and $200,000. Financing options are available for qualified buyers.
Is financing really available?
Yes. Our team can walk you through financing options during your visit, so you can leave the weekend with a clear picture of what's possible.
How far is Timber Ridge Estates from Dallas-Fort Worth?
About three hours by car, making it a comfortable weekend drive for a second home or full-time move.

Yes. Tour times are limited and reserved on a first-come basis. Choose from available times between 9:30 in the morning and 5:00 in the evening, across both days.
